COUNT-UP TO SYD100

The year 2030 will mark 100 years since Professor W.D. Fard appeared among the poor African-American community in Detroit, Michigan and introduced the idea of the Temples of Islam (later referred to as the Nation of Islam). In doing so he initiated the religious, social, and cultural evolution of Muslim-American life.

Leading up to 2030, we intend that each successive SYD event build momentum toward a major centennial observance.
